Re: Soup (New: Lunch Thread)
Quick question to all you Sandwich bores who are questioning soup:

Which one is going to cause more damage if you throw it in someones boat, a cheese and tomato sarnie or a bowl of steaming hot Mulligatawny.

Soup is edgy and DANGEROUS.

It'll put some extra feathers on your breast goose. Stilton has nothing gay about it whatsoever!

Re: Soup (New: Lunch Thread)
On a Sunday I'll stick meat and veg in my slow cooker, when it's cooked I'll add 2 fresh soups to it . When it's cooled down I'll put the whole pot in the fridge, each morning I'll fill up a microwaveable pot from it and take it to work . The flavours variety these days are copious. This week it's tagine flavour. Very healthy lunches, those who disagree can stick a fish paste sandwich and pot noodle up their arse.

Re: Soup (New: Lunch Thread)
The one thing everyone seems to do is turn soup into a bland sauce where it is blended into a smoothie and you cannot see the ingredients that is where soup becomes boring and bland I have seen people make chicken soup just from the water of a cooked chicken yet without any meat from it.

Fuck off !

Re: Soup
Soup from a can is a bit of a joke, but when the weather is cold on a dark winters day and you are feeling a bit down make some soup yourself with chunks of Chicken a little rice lentils onions carrots chilli flakes salt, and you have something to take away the winter blues.
Those who do not like soup have probably never had a decent one, try Chinese Soup excellent stuff and there are several options in the big restaurants .
Soup and crusty bread is the business and as manly as chest hair.
